Junior developers: rotation instead of writing code

Juniors rarely work alone. They pair: with the senior developer on building the harness, with the PM on discovery, with the designer on solution ideation. Rotating through all roles of the Agentic Trio replaces the classic learning path of writing code. The result is broader training than before. And the decision to specialise comes later and more deliberately: once you have experienced all three roles of teh trio, you will know were the focus of your own T-shape should lie.
